You have a beautiful profile page! Thanks for stopping by and voting for mine. I dropped off some kudos on my way through. I'm sorry it took so long to
return the favor. You know us crazy writers, sometimes we tend to get caught up in the world we create instead of the world we live in. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
HaH I love that graphic! Glad you will get
a bit of rest before going to Branson - when do you leave? Is it a far drive? back atchya later! Original comment »
Hi Beauty ! I think that's neat, to do other kinds of food than the traditional. Do you have different ethnic family members, or is it just something you
like to do? When I used to "do" Thanksgiving (or even Christmas) we preferred duck, or sometimes goose. You have to know just how to cook it (upside
down) to get as much grease out of it as possible, and keep the skin crisp. Otherwise I used the traditional stuffing and side dishes. Now we don't really
do Thanksgiving, but we have a Harvest Celebration, mostly with the last gatherings of the garden for the season, including a 'traditional" 3 sisters
soup composed mainly of corn, beans and squash. We have homemade bread with lots of grains, and cheeses and fruit. For "Yule" (Winter Solstice) mom
and I go to Montreal, and depending on who is hosting we might have traditional turkey, but sometimes we have other things for main course. Also, there is a
great restaurant not far from where we live , where the family who own it spend the day doing the cooking , serving and bussing and give the staff the day off.
They offer a day/evening long buffet (including roast beef besides turkey) and they do not charge, they ask for a donation which goes to different charities -
amazing food, all you can eat. The drinks are separate though, but we don't usually have more than maybe a bottle of wine to split between us. We usually
only go there when my sis and bil are in the area (they live in Seattle, but he has family here too). Anyhow, I hope you have a great one! I love your
graphics, too...I need to start collecting more! Original comment »

I just love to tell 'Tales' "Fairy's Tales...are fun"
I take my truth and I weave some pretty good ones, I think.
Once back at home...I'll send you one.
Perhaps you will enjoy it...a short one, to start.
See how you like my writing of 'Tales' ...okay?
Will be fun.
Is a promise. So...watch for my PM of a Tig Tale...super soon...
HUGS TO YOU!
Your notes on my profile really brighten up my days!
I can't thank you enough, such a lovely friend you have become. Honestly.

I adore this one, Thank you for it Sleepingbeauty~

I can't wait to look up some nice things to share with you back,
Sorry that it must wait.
Can't do that on this computer, as it isn't mine to add graphics.
Is a library computer, and I must be respectful of that.
But...soon, when I am home again, and on my own machine.
HUGS TO YOU!
and...Thanks again
